Very well appointed with everything needed, including a hot tub , quiet and isolated location, 4x4 recommended in heavy snow, easy contact with hosts, great Internet connection.
Felt immediately at home, nothing to complain about.

Had a blast relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the mountain views. The kitchenette was handy for whipping up some toast. Who needs fancy cooking anyway?
Would have loved a flat-screen TV in the bathroom, because why not watch my favorite shows while soaking in the tub?

blue view cabin 7B with private hot tub villa was the perfect remote location for our honeymoon. the mini house experience, watching the sunset from the bath, and cozy ambiance exceeded our expectations. the nearby town of reykholt had great dining options and a convenient grocery store.
Shower was a bit messy.

The value for the money was great - we got a cozy little cabin with very nice views and a private hot tub. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway and we had a fantastic show of the Northern Lights. The staff was communicative and helpful, and even checked on us.
The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more variety.

our valentine's day stay at the cabin was everything we hoped for and more. the cozy atmosphere and incredible views made it the perfect romantic getaway. the hosts were extremely helpful and even checked on us during our stay. we were pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. highly recommended!
